The Aspen Belles are a first-class women’s synchronized ski team from Aspen, Colorado.
The members of the Aspen Belles, named for Aspen Mountain’s iconic Bell Mountain, are highly dedicated women ski professionals with shared decades of ski industry experience, from the Ski and Snowboard Schools of Aspen. We came together in 2011 to celebrate our passion for skiing, our love for our community and the incredible environment in which we live and work.
On April 13, 2012, The Aspen Belles will compete in the World Synchronized Skiing Championships on Aspen Mountain. Our goal is to harness the power of collaboration, as we use our athletic talent, skill and excellence to produce not only a winning synchronized ski team for Aspen but also – and even more importantly - to raise funds for female paralympic athletes within the Snowsports Industry. Unlike able-bodied athletes, funding for training, travel and equipment is rarely made available for disabled athletes outside of Olympic years. This puts courageous and inspiring women at a tremendous disadvantage as they pursue competition at national and international levels.
Join The Aspen Belles in their mission: To support the training and development of female Paralympic Athletes within the snowsports Industry. See news and events to read more about our sponsored athletes and how you can help.
